Scott leads Oncam’s global operations, using his energy and experience to drive our vision: Empowering a safer world with smart, connected video that protects what matters most. With 30 years in the physical security industry, he brings deep expertise across all areas of the business, having held diverse roles throughout his career. Passionate about building and leading a people-first organization, Scott empowers leaders and their teams to thrive while delivering technology that makes a real difference. He combines two decades of leadership experience with a focus on innovation, ensuring Oncam creates solutions that advance security and deliver meaningful value to customers. Outside of work, Scott is a children’s community football coach, a lifelong Manchester United fan, and passionate about boxing. He lives in the UK with his wife and two children, enjoying family time, travel, and staying engaged in the sports he loves.

Jon is responsible for the product and technology strategy and product development for Oncam. He leads the innovation and development of our new and existing solutions, with value proposition and user experience at the forefront. With vast experience in problem solving, engineering and product development, his career has led him to diverse roles beginning in the nuclear industry, then moving to the video technology space; first in TV production and then onto entrepreneurial roles with cloud, app and IoT product development. In 2012, Jon masterminded and led the technology, design and delivery of products at Screen Library, a lesson observation platform for the education sector. He is based in London where he lives with his wife and two daughters. In their spare time, you will find them rollerblading round London, sailing somewhere warm or back at home adding the latest gadget to the autonomous home.

Ragini Sidhu works closely with the leadership team, leading Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Business Support. Ragini champions Oncam’s culture and is continually inspired by its talented team. With a mission to elevate Oncam into a high-performing business through its people, Ragini brings over 18 years of diverse HR experience across engineering, technology, government and pharmaceutical sectors. Originally from Mauritius, Ragini now resides in the West Midlands with her husband and two children. Outside of work, Ragini enjoys socializing, experimenting with new recipes, swimming, and taking long walks.
